
OROVIVO partnered with Friendmade® to redefine the brand for a new generation of consumers. What began as a retail design project evolved into a comprehensive 360° brand transformation encompassing Store Design, Brand Design Systems, Campaign Development, Communication Assets, and a new strategic brand direction. Together, we created a cohesive brand experience designed to connect with people across every touchpoint, both physical and digital.
The transformation began where customers experience the brand most directly: in store. Friendmade® developed a completely new retail concept, free from existing design conventions and built around a fresh visual and material language. A new colour palette, carefully selected materials, and a modular design approach created an environment that feels contemporary, inviting, and emotionally engaging. The result is a flexible store concept that balances operational practicality with a warm and elevated customer experience.
The success of the new retail concept quickly revealed its potential beyond the physical space. Following overwhelmingly positive feedback, OROVIVO invited Friendmade® to extend the new design language into a comprehensive rebranding initiative. The visual principles developed for the stores became the foundation for a new internal and external Brand Design System, including brand assets, communication guidelines, and a unified visual framework. This created consistency across all channels while strengthening recognition and brand equity.
The next step was translating the new brand philosophy into a campaign platform. “EVERYDAY. OROVIVO.” reflects both the expansion of OROVIVO’s target audience and a shift in how jewellery is perceived. Luxury is no longer reserved for rare occasions. Meaningful moments can be found in everyday life, and beautiful jewellery should be accessible to everyone. Just like OROVIVO itself.
The campaign became the expression of this philosophy across all touchpoints, from advertising and social media to in-store communication and digital experiences. A comprehensive rollout brought the concept to life through campaign assets, content creation, and communication design, creating a consistent and emotionally resonant brand presence.
